Essential Job Functions:
- Promote and maintain a positive public image for the businesses and its services
- Client account sales calls and cold-calling outreach
- Promote assigned advertising flyer editions monthly
- Promote Horizon Quest monthly flyer editions, business conferences and weekly webinars
- Promote web development and graphic design services, including logos, branding, brochures, and marketing materials
- Ensure all flyer booking deadlines are met in advance
- Develop and maintain an instructor database for safety training and business education topics
- Develop and manage bookkeeping systems while overseeing records of daily operations
- Respond to client inquiries through email, phone, social media, and in-person
- Communicate with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
- Commute to meet with clients and business partners as needed
- Performed additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
