Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team. This role involves preparing and serving high quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various operational tasks within our establishment. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage cash register operations accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food safety practices
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
- Support team members with serving food or beverages during busy periods
- Follow food safety regulations and proper hygiene procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience or food service experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if required
- Being bilingual (English and another language) is considered a strong asset.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook is highly valued. The ideal candidate is comfortable taking photos or videos, creating engaging content, and helping showcase our café online.

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
