Job Description
CM Landscaping & Excavation is looking for a hardworking and reliable Landscaping & Excavation Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of landscaping and excavation projects while working alongside experienced operators and crew members.
Whether you have experience in the industry or are looking to learn a new trade, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscaping and excavation projects
- Load, unload, and move materials, equipment, and supplies
- Operate hand tools and small power tools safely
- Assist with retaining wall, interlock, and sod installations
- Help with grading, trenching, and site preparation
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow company safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Experience in landscaping, construction, excavation, or related fields is an asset, but not required

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Optional Saturday work available
- 8–10hour shifts depending on project requirements
Pay
$22.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
