Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, bar stations, and dining spaces
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations before and after shifts
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience through friendly communication
- Follow all food safety regulations and hospitality standards
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tables and tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in the food industry is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for new team members
