Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, waxing, and other esthetic services
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist clients at the front desk with check-in, appointment scheduling, and product purchases
- Engage in retail sales by recommending skincare products suited to individual client needs
- Upsell additional services and retail items to maximize client experience and revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment rooms and equipment
- Provide personalized consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments
- Foster a welcoming environment by delivering excellent customer service and communication
Qualifications
- Valid Esthetician license in accordance with state requirements
- Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Effective communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Previous experience working at the front desk or in a reception role is a plus
- Passion for skincare, beauty trends, and continuous learning in esthetic techniques
