Company Overview
Integral Seal Manufacturing Inc. in Concord, Ontario, where you'll play a key role in office operations, client relationship management, and business development within the architectural glass manufacturing industry. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership while supporting customers, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will oversee administrative functions, manage customer relationships, prepare quotations, coordinate orders, and support operational improvements. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, calendars, company inboxes, records, and filing systems.
- Provide administrative and operational support to leadership, including task coordination, meeting preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and support business development to maximize sales.
- Prepare purchase orders, certificates, submittals, agreements, and other business documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and business partners, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B customers through regular follow-up and account management.
- Process customer orders within the ERP system and coordinate with estimating, production, logistics, and accounting to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding insulated glass units, tempered glass, laminated glass, windows, doors, and glass fabrication products.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
- Support ERP implementation and continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in office administration, customer service, or account management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems is considered an asset.
Timing:
7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
