YARD COORDINATOR – NELSON HOMES (HIGH RIVER)
Description:
Nelson Homes located in High River, Alberta has an immediate opening for a Yard Coordinator for the RTM Homes. The hours are 8:00 am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:
- Report directly to the Site Supervisor
- Forklift/Loader work throughout the yard.
- Equipment assisted and manual unloading of materials.
- Maintain a clean site at all times.
- Move construction materials to and from houses.
- Do daily walk through of the homes and yard.
- Prepare the houses for delivery/moving.
- Snow removal of roadways, the sidewalks, and stairs of the homes
- Other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Site Supervisor
- Must have all required PPE.
- Must have valid driver license and provide a driver’s abstract.
Skills:
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, responsible, reliable and hard-working. Proof of having operated forklifts and or Frontend Loaders strongly recommended. Knowledge of residential construction is an asset. A clean current driver’s abstract is also required.

- Salary based upon experience.
