Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Private In-Home Nanny to provide attentive childcare and support within a warm family environment to two toddlers. The ideal candidate is passionate about child development, committed to creating a safe and nurturing atmosphere, and capable of supporting daily routines, meal preparation, and light household duties. Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, hands-on care and supervision, ensuring the children’s safety, well-being, and engagement at all times
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks while strictly adhering to allergy-safe food practices
- Organize and participate in educational activities, play, and developmental learning
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying play areas, children’s laundry, and related household tasks
- Support reading and other learning activities as needed
- Monitor and manage children's allergies, including recognizing symptoms of allergic reactions and following emergency action plans
- Communicate proactively with parents regarding daily activities, and any concerns
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in childcare, nannying, or early childhood education preferred
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) designation preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Demonstrated experience caring for children with food allergies and knowledge of allergy safety protocol
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR Certification (required)
- Experience preparing healthy meals for children
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (required)
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Warm, patient, and attentive with a genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks efficiently
- Clear background check and ability to meet any required screening standards
- Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules in a private home setting
Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience, qualifications, and certifications.

Hours
2-3 week days per week. 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM. The 2-3 weekdays can change weekly/ monthly, or they can stay the same if that is your preference. We will make a schedule in advance with the successful candidate.
