Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our daytime culinary team from Tuesday to Saturday. This role is essential in preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen safety standards, and ensuring efficient food service operations. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including sanitizing surfaces and utensils
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to support smooth kitchen operations
- Follow proper food storage procedures to prevent contamination and waste
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities
- Basic understanding of serving protocols and customer service expectations
- Flexibility to work daytime hours Tuesday through Saturday, with reliable attendance

Pay: $17.60-$24.86 per hour
Work Location: In person
