Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to recipes and standards.
- Oversee food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene compliance according to food safety regulations.
- Lead food service activities during meal periods, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Ensure all dishes meet quality standards before serving to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with health codes.
- Support restaurant management in implementing operational policies and procedures.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
