Compensation includes base pay plus performance-based commissions and growth opportunities.
About the Role
As an Experienced Esthetician, your role goes beyond performing services.
You will:
- guide clients through personalized skincare journeys
- build long-term client relationships
- recommend customized treatment plans
- support clients in achieving their skincare goals
- help clients maintain consistency through rebooking, memberships, and homecare
Your goal is to ensure every client leaves feeling:

You will work closely with management and team members to help grow the Esthetics business while delivering exceptional service experiences that encourage long-term client loyalty.

We have two locations in Mississauga - Dixie/Dundas and Derry/McLaughlin
Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available.
Evening and weekend availability required.
Responsibilities
- Perform esthetics services according to company protocols and standards
- Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend personalized skincare plans
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Encourage client retention through education, rebooking, and treatment consistency
- Recommend homecare products and service enhancements based on client needs
- Maintain accurate client notes and treatment recommendations
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and treatment training
- Collaborate with management and team members to support esthetics growth initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends, skincare innovations, and treatment techniques
- Ensure compliance with all sanitation, safety, and Health Canada guidelines
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented spa culture
Qualifications
- Ontario Esthetics Diploma
- Previous esthetics experience preferred
- Strong passion for skincare and client care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Sales and relationship-building mindset
- Ability to educate clients confidently on skincare recommendations and treatment plans
- Experience with professional skincare brands is considered an asset
