We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Esthetician specializing as an Eyebrow Artist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional eyebrow threading,shaping, tinting, and grooming services, ensuring clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. Responsibilities
- Perform precise eyebrow shaping, waxing, tinting, lifting, brow lamination, body wax, facial and grooming services tailored to individual client needs
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in all tools and work areas in compliance with health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and offering personalized recommendations
- Educate clients on skincare routines and aftercare for eyebrow treatments
- Promote retail sales of skincare products, tools, and related beauty items to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences for future appointments
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure a safe and professional environment
Qualifications
- Valid state esthetician license with specialization or experience in eyebrow artistry preferred
- Proven experience in body waxing, eyebrow threading, tinting, or similar esthetic services
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for hygiene in a salon setting
- Ability to promote retail products effectively while maintaining a genuine approach
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience or interest in expanding skills within the beauty industry is a plus
