Shop Technician – Truck & Trailer Maintenance

Intermodal Heritage Freightlines is hiring a Shop Technician to join our maintenance shop. Working alongside our Certified 310T Mechanic, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our fleet safe, road-ready, and running efficiently.
What you'll do
- Assist the 310T Mechanic with routine services, inspections, and repairs on trucks and trailers
- Help with tire work, fluid changes, greasing, and other preventive maintenance
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
- Track and manage parts inventory
- Support general shop operations as needed
What we're looking for
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with your hands in a shop environment
- Team-oriented attitude and attention to detail
Assets (not required)
- Previous experience working on trucks, trailers, or heavy equipment
- Access to a basic set of hand tools
