Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and welcoming Office Administrator to join our team for the busy summer season. As the first point of contact for our families, you will play a vital role in keeping our camp operations running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who loves administrative workflows, accurate data management, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Registration & Payment Processing: Manage and process incoming camper registrations, handle payments, and ensure financial details are accurately recorded.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date, precise digital records and databases for all registrations, medical forms, and camper logistics.
- Parent & Public Relations: Serve as the friendly first point of contact for phone and email inquiries, answering questions from parents regarding camp programs, schedules, and policies.
- General Administrative Support: Assist with filing, organizing office supplies, and supporting the leadership team with day-to-day office tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical support, or data entry.
- Strong proficiency with computers, spreadsheet management, and database software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for accuracy and detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
