Job Summary We are hiring Field Sales Representatives in Barrie and Simcoe County on behalf of our client, a food services company in the Greater Toronto Area. You will visit prospective restaurants across Barrie, Angus, New Tecumseth, Innisfil, and the Lake Simcoe area, introduce our client's online ordering and delivery platform, and close new accounts through face-to-face selling. You plan your own route each day, work independently, and your base hourly pay is always guaranteed commission is upside you earn on top. Responsibilities
- Visit prospective restaurants across Barrie, Angus, New Tecumseth, Innisfil, and surrounding Simcoe County communities to present our client's platform and close new accounts
- Plan and manage your own daily route independently across the territory
- Confirm each eligible new restaurant using a provided verification link
- Deliver clear, confident in-person presentations to restaurant owners and managers
- Log all visits, outcomes, and notes in our collaboration app (Lark) in real time
- Meet weekly activity and individual sales performance goals
- Review your daily performance summary covering visits, conversion rate, and commission breakdown
Experience & Qualifications
- Fluent in English verbal and written (required)
- Sales experience in any field is required
- Restaurant, hospitality, or food-service experience is a strong asset
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Comfortable engaging business owners and managers face-to-face confidently
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management
- Access to a personal vehicle required territory spans multiple communities across Simcoe County
Compensation & Schedule
- $20.00 CAD per hour base pay guaranteed every pay period
- Commission paid biweekly: you receive whichever is higher between commission and base hourly earnings
- Three bonus tiers: Personal Goal Achievement, Personal Ranking, and Group Ranking details at onboarding
- 7-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Online onboarding training on Wednesdays or Thursdays, 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM, followed by written evaluation
Hiring Locations: Barrie, Angus, New Tecumseth, Innisfil, Lake Simcoe area
Pay: $20.00-$27.59 per hour
