Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team, supporting various operational and construction activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. The Labourer will assist with site preparation, material handling, and general labor tasks to ensure smooth project progress and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment on-site
- Support construction or maintenance activities by performing manual labor tasks
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and organizing supplies
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist team members with various tasks including lifting, moving, and positioning materials or equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of the work site and ensure all safety standards are adhered to throughout the project
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in manual labor roles is advantageous
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours as needed
