We are looking for a reliable, independent, and hardworking person to maintain a residential building in the Saint-Laurent / Montréal area.
Schedule: about 25 hours/week
Pay: $28 to $35/hour depending on experience
Start: as soon as possible
Required
- Reliable car, valid driver’s licence, and car insurance.
- Able to pull a small two-wheel trailer or move bins/containers using the car.
- Able to take out, move, and bring back garbage, recycling, and compost bins.
- Good physical condition, punctual, and autonomous.
Tasks
- Manage garbage, recycling, and compost bins.
- Clean floors, hallways, stairs, entrance, and elevator.
- Vacuum and clean carpets/rugs.
- Keep garbage room clean and organized.
- Clean doors, entrance glass, and common surfaces.
- Simple minor repairs if possible: light bulbs, handles, small touch-ups.
- Salt/de-ice entrances in winter.
- Report building issues quickly.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in building maintenance, janitorial work, cleaning, or similar work. Functional French or English.
