Job Title: Professional Driver (Passenger Transportation & Logistics)
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and versatile driver to support two growing transportation companies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and is comfortable operating different types of vehicles. The successful candidate will provide passenger transportation services when bookings are active and assist with local and regional freight deliveries during quieter periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients using company passenger vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, limousines, and specialty vehicles.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing courteous, professional, and attentive service to all passengers.
- Greet clients warmly, assist with luggage when required, and ensure passengers feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their journey.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when interacting with clients.
- Operate an F550 pickup truck with a flat deck trailer for freight and delivery assignments when required.
- Perform vehicle inspections and maintain clean, safe, and presentable vehicles.
- Follow company safety policies, schedules, and transportation regulations.
- Adapt to changing daily assignments based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Valid Alberta Class 3 Driver’s License.
- Valid Taxi Driver License.
- Clean driving record and strong safety awareness.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented in all customer interactions.
- Comfortable driving a variety of passenger and commercial vehicles.
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with towing trailers is considered an asset.
