Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person and via phone to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, tracking prospects and follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct outside sales activities, including visiting clients at their locations or participating in community events to expand our reach
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting sales targets
- Support B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by establishing relationships with corporate clients and dealerships
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments demonstrating strong customer engagement skills
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through closing
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales deals
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish or other languages, are highly advantageous for reaching diverse customer bases
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and follow up efficiently
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Experience supporting sales teams with marketing initiatives, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence
