Part-Time Real Estate Videographer / Photographer

Reshot Production Inc. is a young, creative, and fast-growing real estate media company based in Victoria, BC. We work with real estate agents, developers, and local businesses to create high-end visual content including property videos, photography, drone content, podcasts, lifestyle branding, and social media media campaigns.
We are currently looking for a creative and motivated Part-Time Videographer/Photographer to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who already has some experience shooting real estate content (from intermediate level) and wants to continue growing in a modern, fast-paced creative environment.
We provide all equipment, drones, and training.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Real estate video production
- Real estate photography
- Drone footage
- Developer and pre-construction projects
- Realtor personal branding shoots
- Lifestyle and neighbourhood stock footage
- Podcasts and interview setups
- Event coverage
- Matterport virtual tours
You may also occasionally assist with:
- Organizing footage
- Preparing gear
- Office-based creative tasks
Equipment
We provide all professional equipment including:
- Sony FX3
- Sony A7C series cameras
- DJI drones ( Mini or Pro)
- DJI Gimbals
- Audio equipment
- Lighting equipment
- Office Computer
If you already own professional equipment and would prefer to use some of your own gear, we are open to discussing that individually. However, our preference is for team members to primarily use company equipment to maintain consistency across projects.
Requirements
- Strong experience with real estate videography
- Strong experience of using Sony cameras
- Drone operating experience is mandatory ( Video + Photo )
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are mandatory
- Comfortable traveling across Victoria and Vancouver Island for shoots
- Understanding of camera movement, composition, and lighting
- Working with microphones and audio equipment
- Strong people skills and professional communication
- Creative mindset and willingness to grow
- Ability to work independently and with a team
Photography experience is a strong bonus, especially:
- Real estate photography
- Portrait photography
- Team photos
- Lifestyle photography
Basic editing knowledge in programs such as Final Cut Pro is also considered a strong asset, although full post-production is handled internally by our editing team.

Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time position
- Approximately 20 + hours per week depending on project load
- Hourly pay starting at $35/hour
- Flexible scheduling
- Gas expenses covered when using your own vehicle for shoots
Training
We provide hands-on internal training including:
- Real estate video workflow
- Matterport workflow
- Drone shooting techniques
- Team shadowing with lead videographers
- Client interaction and on-site workflow
