Job Overview
We are urgently looking for a reliable and hard-working cleaner to assist with cleaning a two-story office building in Etobicoke every Saturday.
This is a part-time position, with shifts lasting approximately 5 to 6 hours each Saturday. Pay is your $18 per hour.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of office areas, including desks, floors, windows, and restrooms
- Dust and wipe down surfaces to maintain a dust-free environment
- Empty trash bins and replace liners regularly
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap as needed
- Ensure common areas are tidy and presentable at all times
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management for prompt resolution
Experience
You will be working alongside another cleaner!
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable with excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently during scheduled hours
