INVIXIUM is seeking a Technical Trainer to join our Technical Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs to our partners and customers to equip them with the skills needed to install, maintain, and troubleshoot Invixium products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biometrics technology, coupled with exceptional communication skills in English (fluent) and a genuine passion for developing and delivering specialized technical training programs.

Under the supervision of the Manager, Technical Services, the duties and responsibilities of the Technical Trainer include:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Invixium’s biometric security solutions
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for partners, system integrators, installers, and end-users, both onsite and virtually
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and instructional materials, to support various learning style
- Assess training needs and certification requirements
- Collaborate with Engineering and Sales teams to ensure training content aligns with product updates, new releases, and industry trends
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and partners during and after training sessions to ensure successful implementation and utilization of Invixium’s solutions
- Continuously assess and improve training programs based on feedback, regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and evolving customer needs
- Stay up to date with advancements in biometric security technologies and industry regulations to maintain a deep understanding of the field
- Ensure clear communication with customers and adherence to defined procedures, policies, and best practices
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed to deliver training sessions and support business initiatives
- Audit customers’ training/certification data to ensure the accuracy of information
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the biometric security industry, with a focus on training and education
- Proven track record of developing and delivering technical training programs for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in video recording and editing software (Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, Apple iMovie, Camtasia) and other tools (MS Powerpoint, Zoom & Teams Webinar) with demonstrated experience in producing engaging and informative content
- Strong understanding of biometric security concepts, including access control, workforce, and visitor management applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (fluent), with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel frequently, including both domestic and international travel
- Extensive customer-facing experience and strong customer-service background
- Strong continuous improvement mindset, strong leadership impact
