We are currently seeking a personable and knowledgeable individual to represent our brand and be a pillar of support for our customers and team members. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding our culture, beliefs, and business objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Possess intermediate/advanced knowledge of vaping/e-cigarettes
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
- Maintain a sense of urgency and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school education or equivalent required, with a minimum of 1 year of retail experience preferred
- Familiarity with computers and data/web searches
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- Operate cash register in accordance with policies and procedures
- Maintain proper merchandise presentation and a clean work area
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with product selection
- Stay up-to-date on promotions and advertisements
- Embody company culture and values
- Give and receive constructive feedback

- Location: 3120 Rutherford Rd, Vaughan, ON, L4K0B1
- Schedule: 10 am-8 pm x 3 days/week (30 hours, Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
- Compensation: Starting at $17.60/hr
- Weekend work required
