Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial HVAC-R and refrigeration product sales division. As part of our new company under the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP), applicants must be Canadian Permanent Residents or Citizens. You will drive sales of our manufactured commercial refrigeration condensing units, HVAC-R systems, and sheet metal products. Commission is paid on each sale at a fixed percentage, with opportunities to increase that percentage over time based on your performance and tenure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to meet customer needs
- Track market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies
- Provide sales forecasts and reports to management
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Mentor and support the growth of the sales team
Requirements
- Canadian Permanent Resident or Citizen (mandatory under BCPNP)
- Several years of proven sales experience in commercial HVAC-R, refrigeration, or industrial equipment
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills
- Solid knowledge of commercial HVAC-R systems and refrigeration products
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
Compensation
- Base salary plus commission on each sale, with a fixed percentage that increases over time based on performance and length of service
