Job Posting: Security Guard, Fredericton, NB
Commissionaires NB&PEI Division is looking to hire mature and responsible team members to work in Fredericton at Victoria Health Center.
Hours:
Rotating 7 on 7 off, Weekdays 8hrs shifts 4pm to 12am, Weekends 12 hrs shifts 12am to 8am
Rate of Pay:
$19.39 per hours

The Role:
The Security Guard is responsible to enforce established rules and regulations to ensure the protection of people, property, and information. Assigned duties include a combination of static and roving patrols and access control.
We are seeking candidates with:
Physical fitness to perform interior and exterior rounds (including stairs) of the property, in all types of environmental conditions - may also require standing for extended periods of time
Strong communication and dispute resolution skills
A positive, proactive, problem-solving approach to tasks
Customer service experience
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Good computer skills
The successful candidate must be able to:
Excellent customer service skills; approachable with good deportment
Good physical condition to carry out assigned rounds and tasks
Possession of /ability to obtain Federal Clearance
Proven problem-solving ability and conflict resolution skills
Respond to and help in emergency situations
Bilingual, French and English and Designated Veteran Status are assets.
