We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our leadership team. This is a management position for someone who can cook, lead, and train.

Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

Lead and train cooks and prep staff

Set standards and hold the line on quality, consistency, and cleanliness

Manage service, prep, and workflow across shifts

Help with ordering, inventory, and food cost control

Step in to lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is off

Maintain expectations and standards for menu items

Create & critique new menu items for seasonal roll outs

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up

Comfortable managing and training people

Strong communication and leadership skills

Organized, calm under pressure, and accountable
