Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial work and a strong commitment to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas according to established protocols
- Change bed linens, replenish supplies, and ensure all surfaces are spotless
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while interacting with guests and team members
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning motions throughout the shift
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
