Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Automotive Program Manager in our Windsor, Ontario Stamping Facilities. The Automotive Program Manager is responsible for leading automotive hot and cold stamping programs from tooling kick-off through launch and mass production. This role serves as the primary customer contact and coordinates cross-functional teams including engineering, tooling, production, quality, purchasing, logistics, and finance to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all customer requirements. Summary of Responsibilities:
The overall execution of the program with respect to planning, resourcing and customer management.
Understand and safeguard the business case with respect to cost and schedule.
Coordinates all activities needed to execute the program plan.
Manage all aspects of the project development including cost, schedule and resourcing.
Provide technical direction whether personally or by charging appropriate resources to do so.
Act as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams.
Coordinate APQP activities and program launch requirements.
Report to customer as to program status through the means of timelines
Manage multiple projects
Monitor and report on program process, including problems and solutions
Ensure creation and thoroughness of all product documentation such as requirements, design and test specifications.
Once the product is shipping, monitor customer returns and assist manufacturing in any issues that arise.
Support customer and internal project team in product obsolescence and end of life issues.

Minimum Qualifications:
Current experience with Automotive OEMs, preferably more than 5 years.
Previous business development or account development experience preferred.
Experience from cradle to grave product launch.
Experience with APQP
Tool and Die background required
Ability to cross boarder travel
Preferred Qualifications:
Hot stamp experience preferred
Engineering degree in related discipline, advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent is preferred.
The salary range for this role is $80,000 – $115,000. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location and business or organizational needs.
