We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in a key leadership role. This position is responsible for guiding all disciplines, supporting project execution from concept through commissioning, and collaborating closely with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are understood, communicated, and delivered.
- Manage and coordinate multi-discipline technical design, drafting, procurement, construction, and commissioning support.
- Oversee project deliverables such as DBMs, cost estimates, schedules, engineering drawings, design reviews, and squad checks.
- Review vendor designs, submissions, and drawings for compliance with RFQ documents and project requirements.
- Collaborate with senior engineering personnel on reports, studies, design documents, and project reviews.
- Evaluate equipment and technical selections, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
- Apply sound engineering practices to solve complex challenges and make informed project decisions.
- Contribute to overall design development for individual projects.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of oil & gas facility design and/or operational experience, preferably in an EPC consulting environment.
- Professional Engineer designation and APEGA registration.
- Strong technical knowledge of natural gas processing facilities and equipment design.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence interacting at all levels of the organization and with clients.
