Construction Labourer – $26–$30/hr (Full-Time, Training Provided)
Wynker Brothers Exteriors is hiring reliable, hardworking individuals to join our metal roofing team.
We’re a family-owned company with over 18 years in business, known for steady work, organized job sites, and a strong, professional team.
This is a physically demanding, hands-on role — ideal for people who prefer being active, working outdoors, and using their hands rather than sitting inside.
Pay: $26–$30/hr
Based on work ethic, past performance and experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with installation of metal roofing systems
- Carrying materials and working at heights
- Working outdoors in all conditions
- Supporting crew leads on active job sites
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in demanding physical work (construction, farming, landscaping, moving, etc.)
- Someone who is used to working hard — not trying labor for the first time
- Reliable and punctual (shows up every day, on time)
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors year-round
