Job Overview – Sales & Marketing Administration
For over 75 years, Hauser has been an innovative manufacturer and retailer of fine interior and exterior furnishings. We are a third-generation, family-owned and operated business, proudly Canadian, with 4 store locations across Ontario and a large online retail platform. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic member to join our team!
We are searching for a new associate to support our growing Sales & Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with an ability to contribute to the overall goal of providing our customers with exceptional shopping experience.

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities
· Support sales staff by assisting with order processing, returns/exchanges, and order status updates
· Assist order operations, including invoicing and product transfers
· Complete administration requests (such as quotes, signage/ticketing, organizational duties, data entry) with accuracy and efficiency
· Upload new products to our website
· Schedule and coordinate customer deliveries with internal teams and third-party delivery partners
· Contact customers to confirm delivery dates, times, addresses
· Support customer service, sales, and marketing teams with administrative tasks
Qualifications and Requirements
· Post-secondary graduate (new grads welcomed!)
· Customer Service experience
· Positive, professional and confident attitude
· Friendly, calm manner, with the ability to diffuse conflict
· Ability to solve problems and act quickly, with clear and concise thought process
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment by establishing active collaboration, goal-setting and operational support with other team members
· Proficient and comfortable with P.O.S. systems, Microsoft Office, Canvas, and other data management software programs
· Superior organization skills, ability to prioritize work effectively, and meet objectives/deadlines
· A passion for design and decorating
· Detail oriented
· Ability to multi-task
