Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and local neighborhoods.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, client communications, and property listings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing client concerns.
- Utilize administrative skills to manage schedules, appointments, and property showings effectively.
- Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed about market conditions and new listings.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels, including social media and networking events.
- Build relationships with other real estate professionals, including lenders, inspectors, and contractors.
- Assist in property management tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Highly organized with strong administrative capabilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Knowledge of property management practices is a plus.

- A valid real estate license is required or must be obtained within a specified period after hiring.
