Roofing Sales Representative – Unlimited Earning Potential (Commission-Based)
Rydel Roofing & Siding is growing, and we're looking for ambitious people to join our roofing sales team.
This is not a typical 9-to-5 job.
If you're competitive, coachable, and motivated to build a high-income career, this may be the opportunity you're looking for.
About the Role
As a Roofing Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to generate and close roofing, siding, and exterior renovation projects.
This is a commission-based sales role where you will create opportunities through door-to-door prospecting, networking, referrals, and following up with homeowners.
You will:
- Generate leads through door knocking and relationship building
- Meet with homeowners and conduct property assessments
- Educate customers on roofing and exterior solutions
- Build trust and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Manage prospects through the sales process
- Close sales and work closely with our operations team

- 8% commission on closed sales
