The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $150,000 plus bonus. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded leader to drive retention and expansion across a portfolio of high-value client partnerships. This role is a key driver of retention and growth and is responsible for driving client satisfaction and strengthening partnerships within the Strategic Alliance Group (SAG). The Director operates as a strategic advisor to operators and clients, leading proactive engagement that strengthens partnerships, anticipates risk, and drives expansion opportunities. This is a highly visible role focused on protecting and growing strategic accounts through strong executive relationships, and disciplined portfolio management, shaping account direction and turning insights into measurable outcomes.

- Own client retention performance across a defined portfolio
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to internal stakeholders and client leadership, including C-suite and senior leadership
- Lead planning and strategy for key accounts, including identifying priorities, managing account focus, and supporting clients through all stages of the partnership lifecycle
- Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, operational, and relationship risks
- Translate client feedback and business insights into actionable operational strategies in partnership with Operations leadership
- Support and lead contract renewal, rebid, and recover strategies for at-risk accounts
- Align cross-functional efforts across Operations, Sales, Finance, Culinary, Support Services, and Sector leadership to deliver coordinated solutions
- Leverage data, analytics, and market intelligence to inform decision-making, identify trends, and shape retention strategies
- Lead executive business reviews and influence high-impact partnership decisions

- At least 10 years of experience engaging executive and senior level internal and external client stakeholders and leading strategic conversations within a multi-client scope
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive growth
- Experience managing complex portfolios and prioritizing effectively
- Proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies
- Strong relationship-building skills across multiple levels of organization
- Experience in consulting, strategic account management, or large-scale client environments
- Executive presence with the ability to lead without authority, challenge and influence senior levels and group facilitation skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic retention plans and long-term client partnership roadmaps
