We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Financial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, maintaining accurate records, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and monthly reconciliations.
- Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting.
- Manage cash flow tracking and banking transactions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support year-end audits and prepare required documentation.
- Monitor financial records for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain confidential financial information and records.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors as required.
- Provide administrative and financial support to leadership teams.
Qualifications
Required
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial administration, accounting, or bookkeeping role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Professional accounting designation or working toward one (e.g., CPA).
- Experience with budgeting, payroll, and audit support.
- Knowledge of financial management systems and reporting tools.
