Provide general support to HR Manager on recruitment matters and the maintenance of Human Resources records.
Functional Responsibilities
Recruitment

Assist HR Manager with all aspects of recruitment, including but not limited to preparing job postings, screening resumes, short listing candidates for review and scheduling interviews for Montreal site.

Develop and/or source tools that support recruiting or the acquisition of talent.

Prepare offer letters and additional correspondence with respect to hiring and onboarding
Documentation compliance

Maintain accurate and systematic filing systems, including documentation regarding employee information.

Help with creating a structure to comply with last HR Audit’s recommendation
Onboarding technical training

Perform duties related to hourly hiring and new employee orientation. Processes all paperwork related to hourly and salaried hiring and new employee orientation.

Support the ops department on technical training with external
Others

Drafts general forms, letters, reports and memos as necessary,

Update the communication for the shopfloor

Other projects and duties as assigned from time to time.
