The Opportunity
As an Area Manager, you’ll oversee multiple store locations, guiding Store Managers and their teams to deliver excellence in sales, operations, and customer experience. You’ll be the key link between corporate strategy and store-level execution, ensuring that every location thrives under your leadership.
This role is perfect for someone with strong multi-unit leadership experience, a passion for developing others, and the drive to grow alongside a rapidly expanding retail brand.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support multiple Store Managers across your assigned area.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all stores.
- Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing retail leaders.
- Use data and performance metrics to make smart business decisions.
- Ensure compliance, payroll, scheduling, and shrink management across locations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and entrepreneurship.
- Partner with senior leadership to implement company initiatives and expansion plans.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive retail management experience, including multi-unit oversight.
- Proven track record of leading and developing leaders.
- Strong business acumen with comfort in analyzing data and driving results.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you see challenges as opportunities and take ownership of outcomes.
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
