We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time AZ/DZ Driver to join our team. If you have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and take pride in delivering excellent service, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate AZ/DZ commercial vehicles.
- Complete deliveries and pickups in a timely manner including Gravel or asphalt deliveries, working behind road grinders and working on sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Ensure all cargo is transported safely and securely.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
- Follow all Ministry of Transportation (MTO) regulations and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid AZ or DZ driver's license.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience.
- Clean driver's abstract (required).
- Strong knowledge of Ontario roadways and transportation regulations.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Knowledge of operating Triaxles, Tandems, Live bottom trailers.
- Paving experience an asset.
Position Details
- Position: Part-Time to Full time hours
- Flexible hours based on operational needs.
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience).
Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
