Position Details
- Position: Full-Time Teacher Assistant - Junior Kindergarten Program
- Employment: Full-year position
- Hours: 8 hours per day
- Availability: Must be available to work scheduled shifts between 7:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

Qualifications
The successful candidate will:
- Have a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Be committed to helping children reach their full potential by inspiring creativity, building self-esteem, and providing a nurturing, engaging, and enriching learning environment.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and openness to feedback.
- Hold a valid Alberta Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certification (Level 2 or 3).
- Hold current Child Care First Aid and CPR certification.
- Provide a current Police Information Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search.
- Have a minimum of two years' experience working with children in an early learning setting. Highly experienced educators seeking a new professional challenge are encouraged to apply.
- Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader school community.
- Be willing to assist children with age-appropriate self-care routines, including dressing, undressing, and other daily care needs.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, sound judgment, and a high level of personal integrity.
