About the role
We are looking for a consultant who can help clients adopt Microsoft 365, Copilot, and related workplace technologies in practical, measurable ways.
This is not just a strategy role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of execution, work directly with clients, and help deliver real outcomes through communications, training, workshops, and project follow-through.
What you will do
- Support Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption programs for clients
- Develop adoption and change deliverables such as communication plans, training plans, champions activities, and reinforcement content
- Deliver live virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, demos, and office hours
- Create practical training and communications that help employees use tools more confidently in their day-to-day work
- Help administer that learning and adoption platform we use to help clients learn in between sessions
- Track tasks, follow-ups, deliverables, and adoption metrics
- Build strong client relationships through responsiveness, initiative, and professionalism
What we are looking for
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, or similar workplace tools
- Experience writing communications and/or creating training materials (presentations, how to guides, facilitation guides)
- Experience delivering online training, workshops, webinars, or enablement sessions
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving consulting environment
- A proactive, self-starting mindset
Nice to have
- Prosci, MCT, or similar certification
- Experience in a consulting or Microsoft environment
- Experience with governance, security awareness, or champions programs
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Amazon Q

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
