Looking for flexible contract work where you can throw on your favorite playlist or podcast while making spaces shine? Bella Clean is hiring friendly, reliable cleaners to join our growing team across the Okanagan.
We primarily clean vacation rentals and Airbnb properties, with occasional residential and move-out cleans as needed. Most shifts are on weekends due to guest turnovers, though weekday availability is a huge asset and can lead to more hours. Part-time and full-time opportunities available depending on availability and fit.

This Role Is a Great Fit If You: Are detail-oriented and take pride in a job well done Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Are reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Are comfortable cleaning for 3 to 6+ hours a day Have weekend availability Have your own reliable vehicle Are legally able to work in Canada Are willing to complete a criminal record check
What You’ll Be Doing: Cleaning and resetting vacation rentals between guest stays Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living spaces, and more Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and restocking spaces Helping maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation Representing Bella Clean in a professional and friendly way
A Few Simple Things to Know:This is an independent contractor position, not an employee role. That means you’ll enjoy flexibility and independence while being responsible for a few basic setup items, including: Your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment Your own general liability insurance A reliable vehicle to get to jobs A criminal record check
The setup is straightforward, and the out-of-pocket requirements are minimal. We’re happy to help guide you through what’s needed.
Prior cleaning experience is a bonus, especially with Airbnb or vacation rentals, but not required. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
