We specialize in residential renovations, accessibility modifications, home elevator preparation, barrier-free construction, and custom renovation projects that help people live safely and independently in their own homes.
We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter who can take direction from our Project Manager and confidently lead projects in the field with minimal supervision. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to play a key role in helping grow a company built on integrity, safety, and professionalism.
Position Overview
This is a senior, hands-on position responsible for leading renovation projects from the field while working closely with our Project Manager.
We're looking for someone who can confidently organize work on site, lead and mentor other crew members, communicate effectively with clients, and solve problems as they arise. You should be comfortable making day-to-day decisions independently while keeping projects moving safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate is an experienced carpenter with strong leadership skills who enjoys a variety of work, including structural renovations, accessibility modifications, finishing carpentry, and custom residential projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
