About the Position
Our Leasing Consultants work together with our management team members and are responsible for leasing our available suites to prospects looking for a place to call home.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing:

Respond to all leasing inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email, telephone, and walk-in traffic, ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement

Conduct comprehensive community and suite tours, effectively showcasing property features, amenities, and available units to prospective residents

Responsible for using and uploading Matterport footage

Manage the full leasing process, including application intake, documentation, reference and credit checks, and ongoing follow-up to convert prospects into residents

Prepare and execute all required leasing paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

Coordinate closely with site teams to deliver a seamless and positive move-in experience for all new residents

Collaborate with property management and site staff to complete turnover and pre-move-in inspections, ensuring suites are fully prepared and meet quality standards prior to occupancy

Collaborate with property management and site staff on move-outs

Track, maintain, and update leasing activity records, and prepare regular leasing and performance reports as required by management

Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings

Provide recommendations to management on pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies based on market insights

Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the leasing office, model suites (where applicable), and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment for prospects and residents

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents to support leasing goals and resident retention

Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives by proactively engaging with current residents and addressing concerns
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in a customer service, sales-related role

Professional and service-oriented approach to daily duties

Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Strong sales and closing related skills

Yardi experience preferred

Computer experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel

Desire to work with people and the ability to remain customer focused in a fast paced and constantly changing environment

Adaptable, organized and flexible - the ability to handle different problems as they occur

Ability to work evening and Saturdays as required
