ABA COMPASS Behavior Therapy Services Inc.is looking for skilled and experienced Instructor therapists who are passionate and committed to provide high quality ABA -evidence- based- services to children and adolescents with autism and related disorders in home settings. This job post is to find candidates to provide services in Stoney Creek area .
The main duties are and not limited to; implementing individualized behavioral programs that are written by the behavior analyst ,take, summaries and track data, graph data ,delivering discrete trial teaching , implementing natural teaching training and play skills, preparing teaching materials, reporting to the clinical director, cooperate with the team and attending regular meetings, ability to work independently and within a team, ability to commute between clients.
Qualifications; candidates must have attainment of the Ontario College graduate Certificate in Autism & Behavioral Science or any related diplomas.
or have
Bachelor degree in psychology or any certificate with an intense focus on the nature of treating /training individuals with disabilities and /or special needs.
A Minimum of 2 years work experience in ABA is required.
A minimum of 2 years experience working with individuals with problem behaviors is an Required.
Knowledge of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required.
