RE/MAX Experts is looking for a motivated, highly professional Part Time Deal Administrator at our Head Office. As a full-service brokerage, our new team member should possess strong leadership, communication, time-management, and organizational skills. The team member should also be highly-organized, detail oriented and must be a team player.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicant must have 2 years of real estate deals experience
- Experience with Lone wolf, REALM, Broker Bay
- Strong Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work well under pressure
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Act as first point of contact to staff, realtors and outside vendors
- Provide leadership and support to both full-time and part-time staff
- Establish and review brokerage policies and procedures
- Coordinate brokerage training for realtors
- Stay up to date on current real estate board requirements & mandates set out by RECO
- Processing of deal paperwork, invoicing, connecting with solicitors, facilitating trade records
- Processing of cheques, closing confirmations, vendor cheques
- Support Broker of Record in day to day activities
- Contracts/recruitment
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday Evenings
- Weekends as needed

- Secondary School (preferred)
Pay: $20.00 per hour
