Job Description:
Steamworks Brewery is hiring a Production Co-Packer & Warehouse Associate to join our Burnaby team.
This is a hands-on role that primarily supports our production co-packing operations while also providing warehouse support as needed. Warehouse responsibilities may include coverage during vacations, absences, and periods of increased operational demand.

What You’ll Do
Co-Packing Responsibilities:
- Create and fill mashup boxes according to production schedules
- Manually place various beverage products into packaging configurations with accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor product quality and ensure correct product placement
- Report any issues with products, materials, or production equipment
- Recommend improvements to production and mashing processes
- Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining production work areas
- Support the safe and efficient operation of production activities
Warehouse Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks and trailers using sit-down counterbalance forklifts and electric pallet jacks
- Receive and process orders in our ERP system (SAP)
- Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and prioritizing deliveries with warehouses and vendors
- Maintain daily inventories of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies
- Conduct regular inventory counts
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with general facility maintenance and warehouse-related tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of forklift experience and valid forklift certification is required
- Previous warehouse experience is required
- Manufacturing, production, or brewery experience is considered an asset
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Ability to drag pallets, climb stairs, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and inventory management systems
- Forklift experience and valid forklift certification preferred
- Experience operating pallet jacks is an asset
- Class 5 Driver's License is an asset
- Experience driving a 5-ton truck is an asset
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or brewery experience is considered an asset
- Flexibility to work varying shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
