About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to support multiple construction projects from planning through to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and works effectively with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
You will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly by coordinating communication, supporting procurement, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project planning, procurement activities, and resource coordination
- Issue tender invitations and follow up with subcontractors and suppliers
- Support site teams in preparing accurate and complete material orders
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation
- Coordinate communication between site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review subcontractor and supplier quotes for completeness and scope alignment
- Prepare bid comparison sheets and summaries to support project decisions
- Support quality control inspections and project closeout activities
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or delays
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications & Skills
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Architectural/Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in construction coordination, estimating, drafting, or project support
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with AutoCAD or Revit is considered an asset
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
