Overview
Surface Renewal Systems is seeking reliable and motivated workers to join our resinous flooring installation team. This role focuses on hands-on installation of specialty flooring systems on commercial and industrial projects, working under the direction of a Site Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with surface preparation including grinding, cleaning, and repairs
- Mix and install resinous flooring systems (epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane)
- Follow installation procedures and safety requirements
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness and proper material handling
- Support crew members to ensure projects stay on schedule
Required Skills & Attributes
- Experience in construction or coatings preferred
- Willingness to learn resinous flooring systems
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and safety awareness
- Physically capable of demanding construction work
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior flooring, coatings, painting, or concrete experience
- Experience in commercial or industrial settings
- Valid driver’s license
