About Us: RONCO is a world-class manufacturer of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) dedicated to the safety of Canadian workers. We specialize in providing head-to-toe safety solutions for the food, healthcare, and industrial sectors. We are currently seeking a reliable General Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team in Concord on a temporary contract basis.

Job Summary: The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate picking, packing, and shipping of PPE products. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols strictly.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack customer orders (gloves, masks, safety gear) accurately and efficiently.

Load and unload delivery trucks manually or with warehouse equipment.

Palletize and shrink-wrap orders for shipment.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all aisles are free of debris.

Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.

Adhere to all company health and safety policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must have CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

Previous warehouse or general labour experience is an asset, but not required.

Punctual, reliable, and able to work full-day shifts (Monday to Friday).

Basic English communication skills (reading and writing).

Work Conditions:

Warehouse environment (temperature may vary).
Standing and walking for extended periods.
