This role requires a strong focus on safety and the ability to operate various types of vehicles, including those requiring class 5 driving licenses.
Responsibilities.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations..
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and deliveries as required by company policy..
- Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance on vehicles when needed to ensure optimal performance.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with a valid class 5 driver's license.
- Knowledge of basic automotive repair techniques is desirable.
